Return & Refund Policy

At True Blend Essentials, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our personal care, beauty, and hygiene products, the following policy applies to all purchases.

1. All Sales Final

For health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:
   •    Your order number
   •    Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
   •    A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:
   •    A replacement item, or
   •    A refund to the original payment method

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

True Blend Essentials is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Refund Processing
    •    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
   •    Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
   •    Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. True Blend Essentials is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
